1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the website ironventures.com, downloading our applications (including but not limited to IronFocusAI), or using any services provided by IronFocus Ventures LLC ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use our Services.
2. "As Is" and "As Available" Disclaimer
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITH ALL FAULTS AND WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. IRONFOCUS VENTURES LLC HEREBY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS WITH RESPECT TO THE SERVICES, EITHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, QUIET ENJOYMENT, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT OF THIRD-PARTY RIGHTS.
WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS, THAT THE OPERATION OF THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT DEFECTS IN THE SERVICES WILL BE CORRECTED.
3. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL IRONFOCUS VENTURES LLC, ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR (A) ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES; (B) ANY DAMAGES RELATING TO YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE) THE SERVICES; OR (C) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICES.
IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF IRONFOCUS VENTURES LLC EXCEED THE GREATER OF ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100.00) OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID IRONFOCUS VENTURES LLC, IF ANY, IN THE PAST SIX MONTHS FOR THE SERVICES GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
4. Medical Disclaimer
The Services (including IronFocusAI) may provide health and fitness information. THIS INFORMATION IS FOR EDUCATIONAL AND INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY AND IS NOT MEDICAL ADVICE. IronFocus Ventures LLC is not a medical provider. You should consult with a physician before beginning any exercise program. Use of the Services is at your own risk.
5. Portfolio Applications
Specific applications provided by IronFocus Ventures LLC may have supplemental terms or privacy policies. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and app-specific terms regarding the use of that app, the app-specific terms shall control.
6. Governing Law and Venue
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms or the Services regarding disputes that are not subject to arbitration shall be instituted exclusively in the federal courts of the United States or the courts of the State of Wyoming.
7. Binding Arbitration
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, including the formation, interpretation, breach, or termination thereof, including whether the claims asserted are arbitrable, will be referred to and finally determined by arbitration in accordance with the JAMS International Arbitration Rules. The tribunal will consist of one arbitrator. The place of arbitration will be Wyoming. Judgment upon the award rendered by the arbitrator may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by updating the "Last Updated" date above. Your continued use of the Services signifies your acceptance of the modified Terms.
