2. Information We Collect

We prioritize local data storage. Most of the information you generate (such as workout logs, schedules, and body statistics) is stored directly on your device via SQLite.

A. Information You Provide

• Workout Data: Exercises, sets, reps, and weights.
• Body Stats: Weight history and progress photos.
• Preferences: App settings and configurations.

B. Automatically Collected Information (Third-Party Services)

While we prioritize local storage, we leverage trusted third-party services to provide core functionality:

• Subscriptions (RevenueCat): To manage subscriptions and in-app purchases, we use RevenueCat. They collect purchase history and anonymous app user IDs. They do not have access to your health data.
• Advertising (Google AdMob): For the free tier, we use Google AdMob to display advertisements. AdMob may collect and use device identifiers (like IDFA or AAID) to serve personalized or non-personalized ads based on your consent choices.
• AI Features (Third-Party AI): When you generate a workout plan or get coaching advice, the text prompt is sent to third-party AI providers (such as Google Gemini or OpenAI's ChatGPT) for processing. This data is shared only for the purpose of generating your response and is subject to the respective provider's data handling policies.

3. How We Use Your Data

• App Functionality: To generate workouts, track progress, and provide coaching.
• Subscriptions: To verify your premium status across devices.
• Improvement: We may use anonymous, aggregated usage data (e.g., crash logs) to identify bugs and improve performance.

4. Data Storage and Security

Local-First: Your personal health data resides on your device. We do not maintain a central cloud database of your workout logs or progress photos. This means you have full control over your data.

Security: Because your data is local, it is protected by your device's native security features (Passcode, FaceID, TouchID). We recommend keeping your device secure to protect your information.

5. Your Rights

Since your data is stored locally:

• Access & Control: You have direct access to all your data within the app.
• Deletion: You can delete your account data by simply deleting the application from your device. This will permanently remove all local data. Subscription cancellations must be managed via your Apple ID or Google Play Store account.

6. Children's Privacy

We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If we discover a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will immediately delete this from our servers (if applicable). Parents or guardians should contact us if they believe this has occurred.

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. You are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. Changes are effective immediately after they are posted.
